My approach
Anxiety is a normal human emotion and is vital for us to be able to respond to what is going on around us. Anxiety becomes problematic when it is experienced to excess and causes us distress. If your anxiety is manageable but becoming a problem or if it is more extreme such as a phobia it is possible to find relief.
I will patiently work with you to find the cause of your anxiety and help you to work through the thoughts and emotions related to it. I will work with you. If you are having panic attacks I can help you to develop strategies for coping with them and learn to recognise when they are likely to happen
