My approach

Anger is a normal human emotion but when it takes us over and we feel out of control it can be harmful for you and those around you. I can help you to objectively think about your anger and explore how it effects your life

I will help you to recognise your anger and investigate its causes. As well as helping you with the emotions that have contributed to your anger we will look at strategies to express anger in a healthy and safe way.
